FACIAL TWITCH

When i see the words "facial twitch" written in a book usually my face twitches. Is that normal? And the fact that when someone in a book is depressed or really happy, then im just randomly really depressed/happy? Or if the protagonist smiles/ frowns  so do i? Does that ever happen to anyone else? Or am i just a very special person? (who just finished a book in which the annoying main charachter questions every action her face has ever done down to her facial twitches.....)
